Fl. rounded, 115mm wide, facing upwards; perianth segments 51mm long, broadly ovate, mucronate, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower; corona 37mm long, cylindrical, slightly ribbed, mouth straight and even, with rim slightly flanged, entire or somewhat crenate.
