Fls 1-2 per stem, star-shaped, 52mm wide, facing downwards; perianth segments 19mm long, lanceolate, acute, spreading, plane, with margins somewhat twisted or folded inwards along midrib, smooth and of membranaceous substance, separated; the inner segments narrower; corona 14mm long, funnel-shaped, ribbed, mouth straight and wavy, with rim minutely crenate.
