Fl. forming a double triangle, 86mm wide; perianth segments 30mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins slightly incurling at apex, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments much narrower, more nearly oblong, with midrib showing; corona 23mm long, funnel-shape, angled, mouth expanded, even and lightly frilled, with rim minutely crenate.
