Description |
Fl. forming a double triangle, 90mm wide; perianth segments 40mm long, roundish, very broad, blunt, scarcely mucronate, white, spreading, plane or with margins slightly incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, ovate, somewhat shouldered at base; corona 22mm long, disc-shaped, ribbed, pale yellow (variable, sometimes stronger yellow or white), with green eye and broad band of orange at rim, mouth straight, wavy, finely ribbed and shallowly lobed, with rim crenate.
