Fl. rounded, 92mm wide; perianth segments 35mm long, roundish, very broad, slightly mucronate, reflexed, shallowly concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping more than half; the inner segments narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 24mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, mouth widely expanded, ribbed and frilled, with rim crenate.
