Fl. 105mm wide; perianth segments 44mm long, roundish, very broad, truncate, scarcely mucronate, spreading, shallowly concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, somewhat shouldered at base; corona 13mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, mouth expanded and lightly frilled, with rim notched.
