Fls up to 7 per stem, star-shaped, 69mm wide; perianth segments 29mm long, ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, opening white, touched yellow at base, becoming white at maturity, spreading, plane or a little concave, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments a little narrower, scarcely mucronate; corona 13mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, opening yellowish white, becoming white at maturity, mouth even and slightly expanded, with rim entire and somewhat flared.
