Fl. rounded, 102mm wide; perianth segments 43mm long, roundish, very broad, truncate, spreading to slightly reflexed, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments shouldered at base; corona 30mm long, cylindrical, smooth, mouth even, with rim entire.
