Fl. 115mm wide; perianth segments 45mm long, broadly ovate, truncate, brilliant greenish yellow 6A, spreading, shallowly concave, with margins a little wavy, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping one-third to half; the inner segments slightly inflexed, shouldered at base; corona 40mm long, funnel-shaped, ribbed, mid yellow-orange (N25D), with yellow-orange (17A) at base and orange (N25C) at rim, mouth expanded, lobed and frilled, with rim crenate.
