Description |
Fl. 83 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, somewhat oblong, squarish at apex and obscurely truncate, prominently mucronate, abruptly narrowing at base, white, with sulphur yellow at base, spreading, with margins sometimes wavy, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, more obviously truncate, only very slightly mucronate, with margins more usually wavy; corona small disc-shaped, tightly ribbed, greenish yellow, with dark green at base and a well-defined band of clear dark crimson at rim. Mid-season. 2n=14 |
