Description |
Perianth segments very broad, truncate, slightly mucronate, pale greenish yellow, spreading or a little reflexed, with margins narrowly incurlng at apex, of waxy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, more nearly ovate, spreading, with margins wavy or slightly incurved; corona bowl-shaped, narrowly ribbed, darker in tone than the perianth, with green at base and a well-defined narrow band of red at rim, mouth split in places and overlapping, frilled, rim minutely crenate. Mid-season. 2n=21 |
