Fl. rounded; perianth and other petaloid segments in three or more whorls, broadly ovate, white, overlapping; the two outer whorls slightly inflexed, plane; the inner whorls strongly inflexed, concave or with margins deeply incurled; corona segments shorter, interspersed among the inner whorls of petaloid segments and clustered at centre, apricot yellow, frilled.
