Description |
Fls occasionally 2 per stem, rounded; perianth segments very broad, prominently mucronate, somewhat inflexed, overlapping half or more; the inner segments only very slightly mucronate, with margins sometimes wavy or recurved; corona bowl-shaped, orange, mouth deeply 6-lobed, heavily frilled, with rim crenate; the mouth sometimes widely expanded, with lobes opposite and closely overlying the perianth segments. 2n=28 |
