Description

Perianth segments very broad, blunt, only very slightly mucronate, white or yellowish white, spreading, with margins nicked at apex, overlapping half or more; the inner segments more nearly ovate, slightly inflexed, with margins wavy; corona shallow bowl-shaped, very broad, ribbed, orange, with a more or less narrow band of yellow at base, mouth heavily frilled.
