Fl. 100 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, spreading, overlapping one-third; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, somewhat inflexed; corona split to base, the six segments more than half as long as the perianth segments and opposite and closely overlying them, ribbed, opening pink, becoming deeper in tone, deeply frilled.
