Description |
Fls. up to 20 per stem, 30-40 mm wide; perianth segments broadly or very broadly ovate, blunt, fairly prominently mucronate, spreading or a little reflexed, with margins incurling, overlapping one-third to a half; the inner segments a little inflexed; corona shallow cup-shaped, ribbed, opening cream, quickly becoming white, mouth straight, wavy, with rim entire. Mid-season. 2n=32. Resembles 'Grand Monarque' in form |
