Fl. 100 mm wide; perianth segments in three whorls symmetrically arranged, broadly ovate, blunt, slightly mucronate, white, plane, smooth, overlapping half; the outer whorl spreading; the second whorl slightly shorter, inflexed; the centre whorl fewer than six in number, more strongly inflexed, with margins incurling; corona segments clustered at centre, very short, opening creamy yellow, becoming pure white.
