Fl. 98 mm wide; perianth segments very broadly ovate, blunt, only very slightly mucronate, deep golden yellow, spreading, very smooth, overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, square-shouldered at base, a little inflexed; corona cup-shaped, very broadly ribbed, deep orange-red, mouth straight, even or very lightly frilled, rim entire and occasionally split.
