Description |
Fl. rounded, 90 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in three whorls, broad in outline, round or squarish at apex, pale yellow, with white mucro and with a more or less broad band of white at midrib, overlapping; the outer whorl spreading or a little inflexed, with margins slightly wavy; the inner whorl more strongly inflexed, with margins more heavily wavy or recurved; the centre whorl shorter, strongly inflexed, tightly clustered, with margins infolded; corona segments two-thirds the length of the two outer whorls of petaloid segments and interspersed among all three, white, sometimes touched with yellow, loosely frilled.
