Description |
Fl. rounded, 90mm wide; perianth segments roundish, very broad, blunt or truncate, mucronate, white, slightly reflexed, plane, with margins sometimes narrowly incurling, smooth and of membranaceous substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower; corona 40mm long, disc-shaped, broad, deep pinkish red, paler towards base, in some seasons paler and more nearly pink, sometimes flecked white near rim, mouth expanded and frilled, with rim notched.
