Fl. forming a double triangle, 110 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, vivid yellow 14B, with a faint band of creamy white at base, spreading, plane, velvet smooth and of much substance; corona cylindrical, lightly ribbed, opening apricot yellow (20B), paling to buff yellow (12D), with mouth flared, rim rolled and crenate.
