Description |
Fl. 100 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, somewhat truncate, slightly mucronate, reflexed, with margins sometimes slightly wavy or incurled, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower and more nearly ovate, less strongly reflexed, with margins more often wavy and incurled; corona more or less disc-shaped, broad, tightly ribbed, yellow, with a band of bright orange at rim.
