Fl. forming a double triangle, 115 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, shouldered at base, blunt, brilliant greenish yellow 5A, with a narrow band of greenish white 157D at base and with slight white mucro, very slightly reflexed, plane or a little concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, more nearly spreading; corona funnel-shaped, smooth, light greenish yellow 4C, with brilliant greenish yellow (6C) outside and with a touch of dark lemon yellow at rim, mouth ribbed and flared, rim flanged, regularly notched and crenate.
