Description |
Fl. 78 mm wide; perianth segments very broad in outline, truncate or rounded at apex, prominently mucronate, greenish white (157B), with a touch of strong yellow-green 144B at base, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, much less noticeably mucronate, a little inflexed, with margins wavy; corona bowl-shaped, narrow and shallow, ribbed, light yellow 10C, with strong yellow-green at base and orange-red (33A) at rim, tightly frilled, with rim dentate. Very late. Strongly and sweetly scented |
