Fl. rounded, 98 mm wide; perianth segments very broad, shouldered at base, rounded at apex, brilliant greenish yellow 3B, spreading, with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; corona funnel-shaped, smooth, light orange-pink (24C), mouth ribbed, flared, even, with rim flanged and dentate.
