Fl. forming a double triangle, 110 mm wide; perianth segments very broadly ovate, blunt, light golden yellow (3A), with whitish mucro, plane or somewhat concave, with margins incurled, slightly creased, of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments slightly narrower, with margins wavy, corona funnel-shaped, lightly angled, vivid yellow 9A, paler at base, mouth widely expanded, frilled, with rim flanged regularly and deeply notched and crenate.
