Fl. star-shaped, 87 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in 3 whorls, lanceolate, acute, yellowish white 155B, with brilliant greenish yellow 6B at base, spreading, with margins incurling, smooth and membranaceous, separated; corona bowl-shaped, split, the segments in two whorls, smooth, light orange (23B), with a lighter tone at base and with orange-red (30C) at rim, the rim flanged and entire; petaloid stamens greenish white (155A).
