Description |
Fls 10-14 per stem, rounded, 35 mm wide; perianth segments roundish, mucronate, brilliant yellow 13C, spreading, with margins incurved, slightly creased, membranaceous, overlapping; the inner segments rounded at apex, with no apparent mucro; corona bowl-shaped, angled, darker in tone (13A) than the perianth, mouth ribbed, straight, wavy, with rim crenate. Very early. Sweetly scented. Somewhat resembles 'Kapiti Mayflower' but with a shorter corona |
