Description |
Fl. rounded, 92 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in three whorls, very broad in outline, rounded at apex, somewhat truncate, scarcely mucronate, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the outer whorl spreading, plane; the second whorl slightly shorter, a little inflexed, concave, with some margins incurling; the centre whorl incomplete, strongly inflexed, twisted, with margins deeply incurled; corona segments short, interspersed among the petaloid segments and clustered at centre, frilled. Mid-season to late. Sunproof. Slightly scented |
