Description |
Fl. 80 mm wide, facing down; perianth segments broadly ovate, vivid yellow 9A, with slight white mucro, strongly reflexed, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments somewhat creased; corona cylindrical, smooth, constricted at base, a little darker in tone than the perianth segments, with mouth flared and wavy, rim closely crenate. Dwarf. Very early. Resembles an earlier flowering and more lightly coloured 'Swift Arrow' |
