Description |
Fl. rounded, 95 mm wide; perianth segments very broad in outline, squarish and somewhat truncate at apex, mucronate, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments spathulate, less noticeably mucronate; corona split to base, the six segments each closely overlying a perianth segment, forming an outer and an inner whorl of three, two-thirds the length of the perianth segments, spathulate, smooth at base, loosely ribbed above.
