Fl. forming a double triangle, 105 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in two whorls, broadly ovate, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the outer whorl spreading, plane; the inner whorl inflexed, with margins wavy; corona segments interspersed, broad, almost as long as the petaloid segments, frilled.
