Fl. forming a double triangle, 88 mm wide, pure white; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, spreading, smooth, of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, square-shouldered at base, with margins a little wavy; corona funnel-shaped, mouth expanded and a little frilled, with rim flanged.
