Fl. rounded, 125 mm wide; perianth segments broadly roundish, only slightly mucronate, white, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments more nearly ovate, not noticeably mucronate, with margins incurling or somewhat wavy; corona cup-shaped, shallow, ribbed, lemon yellow, paler at base, mouth lobed, loosely frilled, with rim dentate.
