Fl. facing up, 100 mm wide; perianth segments broadly ovate, blunt, brilliant greenish yellow 1A, becoming white at base, with light greenish yellow 3C at margins, with white mucro, spreading, somewhat concave, margins minutely incurling, with midrib showing, overlapping half; the inner segments more narrowly ovate, less noticeably mucronate, more nearly plane, ribbed; corona cylindrical, smooth, vivid yellow 9A, becoming white at base, mouth widely expanded, ribbed, wavy, with rim notched and crenate.
