Fl. forming a double triangle, 106 mm wide; perianth segments 46 mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, prominently mucronate, spreading, plane to a little concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, less prominently mucronate; corona 35 mm long, funnel-shaped, smooth, mouth flared, broadly ribbed, wavy, rim crenate.
