Fls 2-5 per stem, 62 mm wide, pale yellow, facing down; perianth segments 28 mm long, ovate, blunt, mucronate, spreading to a little reflexed, plane or with margins slightly incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments narrower; corona 19 mm long, cup-shaped, smooth, mouth expanded, lightly ribbed, even, with rim entire.
