Fl. forming a double triangle, 104 mm wide; perianth segments 41 mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, slightly mucronate, vivid yellow 12A, spreading, plane to a little concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 42 mm long, funnel-shaped, lightly ribbed, strong orange 24A, frilled and a little flared, with rim dentate.
