Description |
Fl. 110 mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in three or more whorls, white, diminishing in length and width towards centre; the outer whorls very broadly ovate, blunt, only very slightly mucronate, spreading to a little inflexed, plane or with margins a little incurved, overlapping half or more; the inner whorls less noticeably mucronate, more strongly inflexed, concave or deeply folded from midrib; corona segments interspersed among all the perianth and other petaloid segments and two-thirds the length of the inner ones, yellow, with a band of pale orange-pink at rim, heavily frilled, with margins wavy.
