Fl. 102 mm wide; perianth segments 41 mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, yellow-orange (18A), with slight whitish mucro, spreading, plane or with margins slightly incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments a little narrower, more nearly plane; corona 35 mm long, funnel-shaped, loosely ribbed, strong orange 24A, mouth widely expanded, lightly frilled, with rim crenate.
