Fls 1-2 per stem, 90 mm wide; perianth segments 39 mm long, roundish, very broad, truncate, opening light yellow, becoming creamy yellow, spreading, plane or with margins incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base; corona 9 mm long, bowl-shaped, ribbed, intense orange-red, mouth straight, wavy, with rim crenate. Tall. Very late. Sunproof. Sweetly scented |
