Fl. rounded, 80mm wide; perianth segments 32mm long, white, spreading, plane, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments slightly narrower; corona 4mm long, disc-shaped, ribbed, brilliant greenish yellow 7C, with green at base and a band of red (34A) at rim, mouth expanded and wavy.
