Fl. forming a double triangle, 97mm wide; perianth segments 42mm long, broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate, spreading, plane to a little concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, shouldered at base, slightly inflexed; corona 14mm long, bowl-shaped, smooth, mouth straight, wavy and obscurely lobed, with rim crenate.
