Description |
Fl. 100mm wide; perianth segments 43mm long, roundish, very broad, slightly truncate and mucronate, pure white, spreading, concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping one-third; the inner segments narrower, broadly ovate, shouldered at base, blunt, less prominently mucronate; corona 10mm long, bowl-shaped, regularly ribbed, yellow, flushed orange, with green at base and a broad band of deep orange at rim, mouth a little expanded, wavy, with rim crenate and broadly flanged. Mid-season. Strongly scented |
