Fl. 80mm wide; perianth segments 32mm long, roundish, mucronate, lemon yellow, spreading, slightly concave, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments a little narrower, shouldered at base; corona 28mm long, funnel-shaped, smooth, buffish yellow, becoming white late into maturity, mouth straight and wavy, with rim crenate.
