Fl. 120mm wide, facing up; perianth segments 44mm long, roundish, very broad, blunt, mucronate, opening white, becoming pale greenish yellow (4D), spreading, plane or with margins incurved, with midrib showing, of heavy substance, irregular, overlapping half or more; the inner segments shouldered at base; corona 46mm long, funnel-shaped, angled, yellowish pink (22D), paling to base, with a deeper tone (24C) at rim, mouth flared, narrowly ribbed, heavily frilled and irregularly lobed, with rim crenate. Early. Strongly scented |
