Fl. forming a double triangle, 106mm wide, facing up; perianth segments 48mm long, ovate, blunt, mucronate, brilliant yellow 10A, spreading, concave, with margins incurling, creased, of heavy substance, overlapping half; the inner segments narrower, acute; corona 18mm long, cup-shaped, ribbed, strong orange 24A, mouth straight and frilled, with rim dentate.
