Fl. rounded, 115mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments white, in several whorls; outer whorls 45mm long, roundish, mucronate, spreading, plane or with margins slightly incurved, smooth and of heavy substance; the inner whorls narrower, inflexed and folded inwards from midrib; corona segments 38mm long, interspersed among the petaloid segments, smooth, frilled and notched, opening yellow, becoming deep pink.
