Fl. rounded, 122mm wide; perianth segments 53mm long, very broadly ovate, blunt, light yellow 15D, spreading, concave, with margins incurved, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping; the inner segments narrower; corona 46mm long, funnel-shaped, ribbed, orange-yellow (15B), mouth flared and frilled, with rim dentate.
