Description |
Fl. 85mm wide; perianth and other petaloid segments in two or more whorls, deep lemon yellow; the outer whorl 32mm long, roundish, prominently mucronate, spreading, concave, with margins incurling, smooth and of heavy substance, overlapping half or more; the inner segments narrower, oblong in outline; the inner whorls deeply inflexed and concave, with margins wavy; corona segments in two or more whorls, opening pure pink, becoming pastel pink; the outer whorl enclosing the inner petaloid and corona segments, smooth, heavily frilled, irregularly lobed, crenate; the inner whorls crumpled.
